New construction is a more and more popular option, as more homeowners are moving to the Collin County area. We love walking our clients through the new build process, holding their hands from the time the foundation is poured all the way until they get the keys to their brand-new home.

How Often Should I Visit The Home Site?

We also know that the building process can be intimidating, so we want to answer your questions about how it all works and what to expect. One of the questions we often get is, “How often should I be going to our home while it’s under construction, to check on the process?”

Determining Factors

This really depends on your schedule, and where you are in your timeline. We have one buyer who is building from out of state and can’t physically make it out to check on their new build—but that’s why she has us! We are out here making sure everything gets done. She will be able to be here for the electrical meeting, and we’ll take that opportunity to go and walk through the build with her at that time.

Our Dedication To You During Your New Build

There are times when you will want to look at your new house as it’s being built, and times you’ll need to be on-site. But you can also trust that your agent is doing a great job keeping an eye on things on your behalf! Trusting your agent to do their job for you is the most important part of the process. We will make sure it goes smoothly for you!
