Kim McCarty is a top-notch realtor! We had a home in Allen that needed some serious updating AND was destroyed by a renter. However, we also lived almost an hour from the property. Kim recommended contractors, met them at the house — made it so easy for us to get our house ready for the market. Then, when we had a buyer, she made the negotiation and selling process super easy.
